Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department invites sealed electronic bids through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for a framework contract to supply beef and medicine items to Safari Zoo, Lahore. The procurement covers two main lots: supply of beef valued at PKR 43.840 million and supply of medicine valued at PKR 18.057 million, with a total estimated cost of PKR 61.897 million. This framework contract is open to eligible bidders who are duly registered with PPRA, actively engaged in trading, and registered with relevant registration authorities including income tax and sales tax departments.
Bidders must be daily rate proprietors or companies with proper registrations and trading credentials. A bid security of 5% of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of PTC (Post Dated Cheque) or CDR (Call Deposit Receipt). Bidders are required to submit their electronic bids through e-PADS before the closing deadline of 09.07.2026 at 01:00 PM as per PPRA Rules. Bid opening will follow single stage two-envelope procedures, and all bidders are eligible to attend the opening meeting at the Office of the Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Safari Zoo, Lahore.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website at http://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk free of charge. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of the Deputy Chief Wildlife Ranger, Safari Zoo, by contacting during office hours from 23.06.2026 to 06.07.2026. Bid validity will remain valid for 120 days after opening. Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids and scrape the bidding process at any time before contract award under PPRA Laws.
