Walton Cantonment Board, Lahore invites sealed bids for procurement of medicine in bulk for the financial year 2026-27 to supply the Walton Cantonment Model Dispensary located at RA Bazaar, Walton Cantt, Lahore in Punjab. The procurement will be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure as per Rule 3(b) of PPRA Rule 2004 (as amended). Bidders must offer unconditional maximum discount on retail price in percentage terms to Walton Cantonment Board. Pharmaceutical suppliers and authorized distributors must be registered with the Ministry of Health, hold valid Central Drug Sale License (CDSL), be on the active taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue, and have valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations. Call deposit of Rs 500,000 in favour of the Cantonment Executive Officer is mandatory from all bidders.
Bidding documents are available for Rs 1,000 from the office of the Walton Cantonment Board, R.A. Bazar, Ahmed Bakhsh Road, Lahore during office hours until 03-07-2026. Eligible suppliers and distributors registered with Ministry of Health of Pakistan are welcome to participate. The tender will be issued only to firms with valid Central Drug Sale License (CDSL) on the active taxpayers list. Technical evaluation of bids will follow established PPRA criteria and specifications outlined in the bidding documents.
Technical bids will be opened on 06-07-2026 at 1300 hours at the office of the Assistant Secretaries, Walton Cantonment Board. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened after seven days of technical bid opening in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bidding documents including Form of Bid, Conditions of Contract Agreement, Specifications, and Bill of Quantities can be obtained from the office on or before the closing date.
