Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd, located in Karachi, invites sealed bids for the supply of miscellaneous items for PP 4060 Printer under tender reference LP/T-4154(B)/26/AA. The procurement is for items compatible with PSI (Printer Systems International) GmbH printers or equivalent makes, to be supplied to the organization's facility in Karachi. This is a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure where bidders must provide clear technical specifications and material details as mandatory requirements. The tender allows submission of up to two options only, and all pages must be signed and stamped by the bidder.
Bidders must be authorized dealers of PSI GmbH or equivalent manufacturers, with authorization certificates required to be attached to the bid submission. Standard warranty provisions must be included with all quotations. Bids that fail to comply with specified conditions including dealer authorization, warranty standards, and technical specifications will be rejected immediately. Earnest money from unsuccessful bidders will be returned within five days of the Final Evaluation Report being posted on EPADS and PPRA portals.
