Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a Gas Transmission and Distribution Company operating in Pakistan, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers for the provision of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for maintenance and support services of its access control system for a period of two years. The tender enquiry is referenced as LED/046/26 and covers comprehensive maintenance and support services to ensure optimal functionality and security of the access control infrastructure across the organization's operations in Lahore, Pakistan and beyond. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificates, and be listed on the Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue.
Eligible bidders are required to submit their bids through the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) in accordance with regulatory requirements. A bid bond issued by a scheduled Bank of Pakistan, valid for 120 days from the date of bid opening, must accompany the hard copy of the bid submission. No tender fee is required for participation in this procurement process. Bidders must submit their offers in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies including Sales Tax, with clear mention of any exemptions and applicable GST rates as detailed in the Price Sheet (Appendix-E).
Bids must be prepared in duplicate and submitted to the Procurement Department, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21 Kashmir Road, Lahore, Pakistan, on or before July 7, 2026 at 14:30 hours (1430 hours). Public bid opening will occur on the same day at 15:00 hours (1500 hours). E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available for registered bidders on EPADS.
