Description / Scope of Work
The Alpuri Forest Division, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites e-tenders under the Single Stage Single Envelop Method of KPPRA Rules 2014 via the E-PADS portal for construction of fire watch towers in the Malakand Forest Region of KPK. The project is titled Strengthening of Forest Fire Management System in Malakand Forest Region-III (Revised) and is implemented under the Annual Development Programme (ADP) for 2025-26. Two fire watch towers are being constructed: one at Kandow Lilownai in East Compartment No.13 and another at Gul Sar Shang in Compartment No.09. The total estimated cost for both works is Rs. 12 million, with a completion timeframe of three months.
Bidders must be duly registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), appropriately classified with Sales Tax and Income Tax Authorities, and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in category C-3 or above. The call deposit required is 2 percent of the estimated contract value. Bidders shall be eligible contractors registered on the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and must submit complete bid documents including all mandatory technical and financial submissions.
Electronic bids must be submitted on or before July 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the E-PADS portal, with bids opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) are available for download exclusively from EPADS; no hard copies are provided. The bid must be stamped and signed by an authorized representative of the firm before uploading. All federal and provincial duties, stamp duties, and taxes including KPPRA taxes are recoverable as per government rules.
