Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids from well-reputed firms for the establishment of Al-Khidmat Markaz at F-6, Islamabad on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis in single stage with two envelope format as per PPRA Rule 36(b). Prospective bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council holding a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-4 or above, and must possess valid Project Codes including CE-01, CE-10, ME-01, ME-06, and EE-11 for the year 2025-26. This procurement is open to registered firms meeting all specified technical and professional qualifications relevant to the project scope in Islamabad, Federal territory.
Eligible bidders are required to submit a Bid Security of Rs. 2.00 million in the form of Pay Order or CDR (Call Deposit Receipt) in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on E-PADS in PDF format, with the original document submitted to the office of the Director (P&CA-I), CDA before or at the time of bid submission. Manual bids will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Electronic Bidding Documents containing all detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available for download by registered bidders on E-PADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk. Online bid submission through E-PADS must be completed on or before 02-07-2026 at 1130 hours, with opening of technical bids scheduled for 02-07-2026 at 1200 hours in the presence of the Procurement Committee at CDA Secretariat, P&C Wing, Block-III, Room No. 29, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad.
