Description / Scope of Work
Nai Zindagi NGO, in collaboration with the Global Fund Grant (HIV) and its partner sub-recipients, is implementing a comprehensive HIV prevention and harm reduction program across 57 districts of Pakistan. The organization invites sealed competitive bids from manufacturers, importers, distributors, dealers, wholesalers and retailers for the procurement of IT Equipment specifically Laptop Intel Core Ultra 9 units. This tender is issued by the Director Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Nai Zindagi Trust's PSM Department located in Islamabad, Federal Province. The procurement aims to support the program's objective to scale up comprehensive HIV prevention and harm reduction services to people who inject drugs and their families in partnership with eligible organizations across Pakistan.
Only suppliers who have completed and submitted the online tender form through the official tender portal are eligible to participate in this bidding process. Bidders must be authorized manufacturers, importers, distributors, dealers, wholesalers or retailers of the specified IT equipment. All bids must be properly sealed and marked as required by the procurement guidelines. Bid documents can be obtained from the Nai Zindagi online tender portal by completing the mandatory registration form and downloading the tender documentation package.
Tender documents must be submitted to the Nai Zindagi PR Office in Islamabad by 13 July 2026 before 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 06 July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Nai Zindagi PSM Office in Islamabad to clarify specifications and answer queries. Bids will be opened on 13 July 2026 from 2:30 PM onwards in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the PR Office. The Selection Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without assigning reasons.
