Description / Scope of Work
Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites proposals from qualified vendors, suppliers, and corporate gifting companies for the prequalification and procurement of corporate branded merchandise and promotional giveaways. The objective is to establish a panel of reliable vendors capable of providing high-quality branded items that align with PLIC's corporate identity and support marketing initiatives, employee engagement, stakeholder outreach, events, and branding campaigns across Punjab province. The procurement aims to enhance brand visibility, ensure consistency of brand identity, and strengthen stakeholder engagement through long-term relationships with competent merchandise suppliers.
Applicants must meet specified technical evaluation criteria outlined in Annexure 'A' and submit complete documentation as per requirements. Firms securing 75 percent or more of the total evaluation points shall be considered eligible for prequalification. Applicants must possess the capacity and capability to provide services, declare any business or personal relationships with PLIC management, and undertake to abide by PLIC's standard terms and conditions. All relevant evidences and documentary proof must be attached with applications; incomplete or conditional submissions will not be entertained. Concealment of facts or misinformation shall result in disqualification.
Bid documents may be downloaded from EPADS under the prequalification notice. The closing date and time for submission of bid documents is 07-07-2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened by a Committee on the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The relevant authority shall evaluate all technical proposals without reference to price and may request further clarification or verification from issuing authorities at its discretion. PLIC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to cancel the process at any time.
