Description / Scope of Work
The University of Sargodha, through its Directorate of Procurement & Stores, invites sealed competitive bids for the procurement of a heavy duty photocopier machine intended for the Business Information Centre (BIC) located in Punjab, Pakistan. This tender, referenced as PC-II/18/2025-26, is open to eligible bidders meeting the specified criteria. The bidding document contains complete details regarding specifications, terms and conditions, and evaluation methodology for interested parties to prepare and submit their bids.

The award will be made to the evaluated lowest responsive bidder, and the successful bidder must provide a performance guarantee as specified in the general and special conditions of contract.
