Description / Scope of Work
The Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, is inviting bids for outsourcing of security services at the Children's Hospital, University of Child Health Sciences located on Ferozpur Road, Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-2027 under bid reference number 30436/CH&UCHS. The scope of services includes comprehensive security management and personnel deployment for hospital premises protection, access control, and safety monitoring. All hospitals and procuring agencies under the administrative control of SHC&ME Department shall use these bidding guidelines to prepare procurement documents for security services. The detailed scope of services, deployment plan requirements, and technical specifications are outlined in Section III of the guidelines.
Eligible bidders must be registered security services providers in Pakistan with relevant experience in healthcare facility security. Bidders should possess valid licenses from appropriate regulatory authorities and meet the minimum qualification criteria as specified in the bidding documents. A bid security amount as per procurement regulations must be submitted with each bid. Bidders are required to submit proof of their financial capability, past project experience with similar institutions, and details of their security personnel including training certifications and compliance with minimum wage rates and all applicable taxes including withholding taxes.
