A professional security services firm is sought to provide round-the-clock armed and unarmed security across a college campus and shuttle buses in Bahawalpur, involving deployment of multiple guards, weapon supply and maintenance, background clearances, and daily operational management. The contract demands comprehensive compliance with Home Department regulations, modern licensed weapons provision with monthly trial-firing, and strict attendance-based billing with penalties for absences. This appears to be a substantial recurring institutional contract with significant administrative requirements, weapon licensing obligations, and performance guarantee mandates that favour established, compliant security operators familiar with government protocols.
Who can bid: Bidders must be tax registered (NTN/FBR). The firm must not be blacklisted or suspended by PPRA. Typically, security service providers in Punjab require business registration, valid tax status, and compliance with Home Department Punjab directives for armed personnel deployment. Background clearance responsibility lies with the bidder.
