Armed Security Guards Hiring for Government Shadab Training Institute Bahawalpur 2026-27

Government Shadab Training Institute for MC Bahawalpur invites electronic bids through e-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 for the provision of security services involving armed security guards for the 2026-27 financial year. The scope encompasses safety and security of students, staff, buses, assets and building of the institute located in Bahawalpur, Punjab. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 1,300,000 with a contract validity through 30 June 2027. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges, with a minimum salary rate per security guard for 8-hour daily duty shifts as fixed by Government of Punjab to be ensured throughout the contract period.

Eligible bidders must be duly registered with PPRA and EPADS, and hold valid registration with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit a bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost (PKR 65,000) through 1Link/Online Bank transfer against the generated PSID. Mandatory documents include duly filled and signed tender form, scanned CNIC of firm owner, Sale Tax Registration Certificate, and Income Tax Registration with NTN Number. Firms must not be blacklisted or debarred from PPRA. The successful bidder must deposit a refundable performance guarantee of 8 percent of the bid/contract price before issuance of the Provision of Services order.

Bidding documents can be downloaded from https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be uploaded on EPADS and PPRA websites before 24 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. Tender opening will occur on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid validity is 90 days after opening.
