Description / Scope of Work
The Lahore Electric Supply Company (Material Management), Chief Engineer, invites e-bids for the procurement of desktop all-in-one computers under Tender No 4387. This is a national-level goods procurement for fiscal year 2026-27, to be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procurement follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible bidders from across Pakistan may participate in this procurement, which is being managed by LESCO's Material Management division based in Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria as specified in the bidding documents and provide relevant credentials and certifications. All bids must be secured with a bid security amount in the form of a pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft, or alternatively, bidders may submit a bid securing declaration as detailed in the bidding document. Bidders are required to register on EPADS v2.0 before the deadline and submit their bids electronically through the platform; manual submissions will not be accepted.
