Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Air Force invites sealed tenders for the supply, purchase, repair and overhauling of multiple categories of items across several air force bases and units. The procurement includes helicopter maintenance tools and kits (DMBR-85), avionics and electrical engineering equipment, surveillance equipment, camera monitoring systems, networking equipment, flight simulator hardware and operations, and medical equipment including phacoemulsification machines, ultrasound systems and infant incubators. Additionally, oils and lubricants, tyres, batteries, air conditioning units, refrigerators, water dispensers, LED displays, woodworking materials, sheet metals and IT equipment are being procured through local purchase at PAF Base Mushaf Sargodha. The tenders are issued from DP Air at PAF Base Nur Khan Rawalpindi and various other air force bases with a total of ten distinct tender items spanning multiple categories and performance periods ranging from three to nine months after contract signing.
Participating firms must be registered with DGDP or provide proof of financial capability including minimum six months of bank statements, proof of godown facilities, manufacturer or stockist certification, and relevant agency agreements with original equipment manufacturers. Unregistered or un-indexed firms must submit a treasury challan of Rs. 2,000 debitable to Main Head XLVII Main Head XII Sub Head A along with their request for tender documents. All firms must be GST and professional tax registered with valid NTN numbers. Non-disclosure agreements on judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 must be submitted prior to issuance of tender documents. Past performance and history of defaulted contracts or late deliveries will be considered as essential benchmarks for acceptance or rejection of quotations.

The closing date for submission of tenders is 07 July 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled at 1100 hours on the same day.
