Description / Scope of Work
The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed competitive bids for the purchase of hardware equipment under tender reference NADRA-HQ-RFB-78/2026. This procurement is being conducted through a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure following National Competitive Bidding guidelines. The tender is open to eligible bidders meeting the qualification criteria. Interested parties must obtain the complete Standard Bidding Documents including technical specifications, schedule of requirements, and all contract terms and conditions from NADRA headquarters.
Bidders must demonstrate financial soundness, technical capability, and relevant experience in supplying similar hardware equipment. All bids must be accompanied by mandatory bid security as specified in the Bid Data Sheet. Bidders are required to submit their bids in two separate envelopes: one containing technical specifications and documentary evidence of eligibility, and another containing the financial proposal. Non-compliance with submission requirements may result in bid rejection. Only those bidders who qualify in the technical evaluation will be eligible for financial bid opening.
Bid documents are available from NADRA headquarters and may also be obtained electronically. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the tender number before the specified closing date and time. Bids will be opened publicly after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder will be required to furnish an Integrity Pact and Performance Security before contract award.
