Description / Scope of Work
Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, a leading integrated natural gas transmission and distribution company, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the supply of one photocopier machine. The tender enquiry reference is FSD/TE/008/26 dated 22 June 2026, with the closing date set for 13 July 2026. Bidders must be registered with valid NTN, GST and Professional Tax Certificates. The specification for the photocopier machine is attached as Annexure-A to the tender documents. Delivery of the material is required at the Main Stores Faisalabad-D, and all deliveries must be consigned carriage paid to the address specified in the procurement documents.
Eligibility criteria require that bidders be original manufacturers or authorized distributors holding valid tax registration certificates. A bid security declaration duly signed and stamped is mandatory and must accompany the quotation on the supplier's official letterhead, failing which bids will be considered non-responsive. The bid security amount is specified in the annexure. Quotations must remain open for a minimum of 60 days from the closing date. The tender documents specify that rates of material and sales tax must be mentioned separately instead of lump-sum, and no cutting or overwriting is acceptable in pricing submissions. Delivery of the ordered item is required within 15 days of order placement.
Bidding documents are available at the Procurement Office of SNGPL HQ on Main Sargodha Road, Faisalabad. Sealed envelopes marked CONFIDENTIAL containing quotations must be submitted to the same address by 13 July 2026 at 03:30 PM, with bids opening 30 minutes after closure. Bidders must include complete details of brand, make, country of origin and specifications with each quotation. The bid documents can be obtained for Rs. 500 as a CDR deposited with the Accounts Department in Faisalabad.
