Description / Scope of Work
State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids via EPADS for prequalification of vendors under an open framework agreement to hire services of reputed and experienced service providers, bidders, firms, stationers, vendors, and general order suppliers for the Health and Accidental Insurance division. The tender is issued by the Peshawar zonal office located at 1st Floor, State Life Building, 34-The Mall, and seeks qualified suppliers with at least two years of relevant experience in their respective fields. The procurement encompasses various categories of service providers and general order suppliers required for administrative and operational support.
Eligible bidders must have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and must submit bids with a validity period of at least ninety days; bids with shorter validity will be rejected without consideration. A bid security of PKR 20,000 is required from all participants. The bid security must be submitted in hard copy (original) to the office of the Incharge HR & Admin at the Peshawar zonal office, along with a scanned copy uploaded on the EPADS portal. Failure to submit the hard copy of bid security before the bid submission deadline will result in automatic rejection, regardless of whether the bid was submitted electronically via EPADS.
Bid documents and the Notice Inviting Tender can be downloaded from www.ppra.org.pk and www.statelife.com.pk, with detailed tender specifications uploaded on EPADS. The deadline for submission is 23 July 2026 up to 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same date. Incomplete or partially completed bids will be invariably rejected.
