Procurement of iPhone 17 Pro-Max PTA-Approved for MARCOMS DTE by NUST

The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) invites sealed bids from reliable original equipment manufacturers and authorized suppliers for the procurement of iPhone 17 Pro-Max PTA-approved devices for the Marketing Communications (MARCOMS) Department of Distance and Transformative Education (DTE) at the NUST H-12 Campus in Islamabad. This tender is open to suppliers registered with the Pakistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) for e-procurement on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) platform. The procurement will be conducted through a single-stage, single-envelope bidding procedure with bid submission scheduled for 29 June 2026 at 1200 hours and opening at 1230 hours the same day.

Bidders must be registered with PPRA for E-Procurement and qualified as OEM or authorized suppliers of Apple products. A non-refundable tender processing fee of Rs. 5,000 must be submitted physically in original at the time of bid opening in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft made payable to SGI Account, NUST H-12, Islamabad. All bids must be submitted electronically through the E-PADS system in accordance with the schedule and procedure outlined in this tender notice.
