Description / Scope of Work
The Government of Pakistan's National Logistic Corporation (NLC) invites tenders for the procurement of IT equipment comprising laptops, printers and scanners. This is a restricted tender open to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and OEM authorized dealers or resellers with sustained financial capability. The equipment must be branded and brand new, with delivery required at Karachi in Punjab. Bidders must submit complete technical specifications and detailed brochures for all quoted items, with firms restricted to quoting only one variant or model per equipment type. The tender reference is NL-1 and detailed specifications are provided in Annex A of the tender document.
Bidders must meet strict eligibility criteria including submission of tender fee, bid security, copies of NTN/STRN with active tax filer status at 100% compliance, GSR compliance certificate, valid OEM authorization letter, complete technical data, 90 days offer validity, confirmed delivery period, comparison chart against NLC specifications, non-blacklisting affidavit, acceptance of all tender conditions, list of major clients, and firm hierarchy with owner and top management portfolio. Offers must be prepared on the firm's official letterhead, duly signed and stamped by authorized executives, accompanied by the completed tender schedule without which bids will not be entertained.
The tender must be submitted in double sealed covers with separate technical and commercial offers to HQ NLC at Harding Road, Rawalpindi by the deadline specified in the tender notice. Prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all taxes, packing, delivery and installation charges as per Annex B format. Firms must provide 0.25% of contract value as stamp duty at contract signing. Late submissions will be rejected, and NLC bears no responsibility for postal delays.
