Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites quotations for the procurement of MarComms equipment and content development tools under RFQ-003814. The scope includes nine categories of professional audiovisual and lighting equipment required for marketing communications and content production activities. Items to be procured comprise one DJI Mic 2 wireless microphone system, one professional waterproof camera backpack, one Sony 24-105mm F4 G OSS camera lens, one Godox RGB LED light stick, two Libec 650EX professional tripods, two Amaran 200X bi-color LED lights, two variable ND filters in 77mm and 67mm sizes, and two Godox C-stands with 4-foot boom arms. All items are to be delivered to the Stores at IBA Main Campus on University Road, Karachi, Sindh province. The procurement is open to suppliers offering branded equipment or approved equivalent alternatives as specified in the detailed item list.
Prospective bidders must submit quotations in accordance with IBA's standard procurement terms and conditions. Quotations are subject to final inspection upon delivery, and IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning reasons. All government taxes including income tax, general sales tax where applicable, and stamp duty at 0.35% on the total purchase order value will be charged as per applicable rates and SRO notifications. Payment will be made through crossed cheque following receipt of invoice and delivery of items. Liquidity damage at 2% per month will be imposed for delayed delivery, and advance payments require bank guarantee.
Quotations must be submitted to the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, with a closing date of 29 June 2026 at 12:00 PM. Interested suppliers should contact the Purchase Department at telephone 021-3810-4700 extension 2154 for further information or to obtain detailed specifications. The rate quoted is final with no modifications permitted, and IBA reserves the right to place orders for individual items with different lowest responsive bidders or for all items with any single lowest responsive bidder.
