Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Chichawatni invites open bids from experienced parking firms and agencies for the provision of round the clock parking services at the hospital premises located in Chichawatni, Punjab. This tender is for a one-year contract period, extendable for an additional three months, with an estimated annual parking auction value of PKR 962,000. The contract encompasses the management and operation of designated parking spaces at the hospital facility to ensure efficient vehicle parking and traffic management throughout the day and night to support hospital operations and patient services.
Eligible tenderers must demonstrate at least one year of satisfactory experience in similar parking management work, including management of parking stands at government institutions, state departments, public sector undertakings, railways, municipal corporations, autonomous bodies, large industrial or educational campuses, or hospitals. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 50,000 (5% of the estimated annual amount) along with documentary proof of adequate experience. The tender document costs Rs. 3,000 (non-refundable) and can be obtained from the Office of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chichawatni, or downloaded from the PPRA website www.pprapunjab.gov.pk. Tender documents are available from 22-06-2026 to 09-07-2026.
Bids must reach the Office of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chichawatni, by 10:00 hours on 09-07-2026, and will be opened the same day at 10:30 hours. Tenderers or their authorized representatives may attend the opening ceremony. Tender validity is 90 days from the opening date. Late bids will be rejected, and tenders without adequate experience documentation and bid security will be summarily rejected. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning reason. Note that this contract may be cancelled if a centralized contract for security and parking services from the Primary and Secondary Healthcare Department is implemented.
