Description / Scope of Work
The Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of machinery and equipment for Mines Labour Welfare Girl High School located in Dandot District Chakwal. This procurement activity is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules through a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure via the online E-PADS portal. The estimated cost for this procurement is Rs.298,400, and the tender reference is MLW/CE/M&E-GHSD/17/26. The project aims to enhance the educational infrastructure and learning facilities at the girls high school in Chakwal district, a key educational institution under the mines labour welfare programme.
Eligible bidders must possess valid and active Income Tax Registration, Professional Tax Registration certificates, PST documentation, and other mandatory compliance documents as specified in the tender document. A bid security of five percent of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs.298,400, is required in the form of a CDR (Cash Deposit Receipt) or Bid Security. Bids submitted without the required security or with security less than five percent of the estimated cost shall not be acceptable. Bidders must fill in the mandatory checklist before submission and ensure all documentary requirements are met to avoid rejection.
The bidding documents are available for download from the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADS portal. Technical proposals must be submitted through E-PADS on or before 08-07-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same date. The original CDR must be submitted physically at the undersigned office by the closing date. All bidders must ensure their bids conform strictly to the specifications outlined in the tender document.
