Description / Scope of Work
Vocational Training Institute Yazman, a government institution under the Punjab Vocational Training Council located in Yazman District Bahawalpur, invites sealed bids for the hiring of security services. This single-stage two-envelope tender is for the provision of one security guard with an estimated contract value of Rs. 840,000 for the financial year 2026-27. The security services shall be provided for a period of one year at the institute's campus on Old Dubai Hospital College Road, Yazman. Interested bidders are invited to submit their proposals electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) platform.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the National Tax Number (NTN) and General Sales Tax (GST), possess a valid security services license, and demonstrate at least one year of relevant experience in providing security guard services. Bidders are required to submit earnest money of Rs. 16,800 (2% of estimated amount) in the form of a bank draft or pay order issued by Bank of Punjab in favor of the Vocational Training Institute Yazman. All bids submitted without the required earnest money shall be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders must ensure compliance with current minimum wage rates for security guards as fixed by the Government of Punjab and published in the Punjab Gazette.
Technical bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk, the PVTC website at www.pvtc.gop.pk, and through the EPADS system. Electronic bid submissions must be received by 11:00 AM on 08-07-2026, with technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day at the Principal's office in Yazman.
