Supply of OPW 6400/6500 Series Loading Valves Vacuum Breaker by PSO

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites quotations for the supply of OPW 6400/6500 series loading valves vacuum breaker under RFQ reference OP-19748YP (SAP No. 6100017102). The procurement is for four units of pressure vacuum breather valve, model 6429V-0402, part number 476SA-0150, to be supplied new and delivered to the Faisalabad Depot in Sindh province. The vacuum breaker is required for loading arms applications and must be sourced from OPW Engineering System or an approved equivalent manufacturer. All material and transportation shall be provided by the supplier at their own cost, with pricing inclusive of all applicable taxes. The supplier must ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental and security protocols, providing PSO-approved personal protective equipment to all staff working at the depot.

Suppliers must hold valid business registration and be technically capable of supplying genuine OPW components with full documentation. A minimum earnest money deposit as specified by PSO is required. The supplier shall provide a minimum one-year warranty covering satisfactory performance of parts supplied, with responsibility for replacing any defective items at the supplier's own cost. Acceptance is subject to inspection and approval by PSO's engineer in charge. Failure to meet delivery timelines will result in penalties of 0.1 percent of the purchase order value per day, up to a maximum of 10 percent.

Quotations must be submitted by 5:00 PM on 7 July 2026 to PSO House, Khayaban-e-Iqbal, Clifton, Karachi. Delivery must be completed within ninety days of purchase order issuance. Suppliers must provide documentary proof of genuineness including invoices, packing lists, goods declarations and bills of lading, with verification through reputable bodies or official manufacturer channels. Failure to provide such documentation will result in rejection or delayed acceptance.
