Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) Supply Chain Management invites sealed bids from renowned and eligible vendors for the annual supply of office stationery items on an as-and-when-required basis. This is a single stage single sealed envelope tender issued under reference SCM-RWP-Stationery-26 dated 23 June 2026. The procurement is for office stationery supplies to be delivered to PIA Booking Office at The Mall, Saddar, Rawalpindi in Punjab. The tender scope covers various stationery items required for operational and administrative use throughout the organization on a continuous annual basis.
Bidders must be renowned vendors meeting eligibility criteria as detailed in tender documents. Local bidders are required to submit earnest money of PKR 40,000 in the form of a pay order from a scheduled bank, payable to Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited, along with a tender fee of PKR 15,000. Both the bid security and tender fee must be placed in the technical bid. Bid security in any other form is not acceptable and cannot be transferred from previous contracts. All tenders without proper bid security will be rejected. Successful bidders will be required to furnish a performance guarantee or security deposit of PKR 125,000 as interest-free pay order or bank guarantee valid for three months after contract expiry.

All bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS; manual submission is not allowed. Sealed bids must be submitted by 14 July 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
