Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Limited, Commercial Directorate at Taxila Cantt invites sealed bids from reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates for procurement of freight services related to transportation of exhibition store materials. The tender is issued under PPRA and MoDP procurement rules and covers transportation services as detailed in Annexure A of the bidding document. This is a single-stage, two-envelope tender process for services to be provided on Taxila basis, with specific delivery periods as outlined in the schedule of requirements.
Bidders must meet specified eligibility criteria including possession of NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates, submission of audited financial reports for the last three financial years, and attested bank statements covering one year. Firms are required to provide evidence of government or semi-government sector experience from the past three years, demonstrate they are not blacklisted by any government organization, and furnish a certificate on judicial paper duly attested by an oath commissioner. A bid security amount as specified in the bidding documents must accompany the technical proposal, with performance bank guarantees required from the successful bidder.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA website for download at no cost. Sealed bids comprising technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 08 July 2026 at 1030 hours at the Commercial Directorate office in Taxila Cantt. Bid opening will occur at 1100 hours on the same date in the presence of bidder representatives.
