Description / Scope of Work
Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites proposals from reputable engineering consultants for consultancy services covering planning, design, and construction supervision for the widening and reconditioning of roads and construction of drain nala from Fateh Chowk to Kalu Chowk and Old Sabzi Mandi Chowk to Muhammadi Chowk via Badin Stop in Latifabad, Hyderabad, Sindh. The project encompasses comprehensive engineering services including project management, technical oversight, and quality assurance throughout the construction phase. Interested bidders must register on the SPPRA website and submit proposals through the EPADS online procurement system.
Eligible consultants must have a minimum of 20 years of experience in engineering and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificate with relevant project profile and service codes. Bidders should be actively enlisted on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List and meet all eligibility criteria specified in the Request for Proposal document. All technical and financial expertise must be demonstrated to ensure there is no conflict of interest in executing the assigned tasks.
Proposals must be submitted online via the SPPRA e-Procurement System EPADS at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk on or before 09 July 2026 by 2:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM in the office of the Municipal Commissioner, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, in the presence of the Consultant Selection Committee and authorized representatives. The financial proposals of technically qualified firms will be opened subsequently. A pre-bid conference will be held as per the date mentioned in the RFP, with firms requested to submit questions in writing one week before the meeting.
