Description / Scope of Work
Hyderabad Municipal Corporation invites proposals from reputable Engineering Consultants for planning, design and construction supervision services related to the reconditioning and widening of asphalt concrete road from Sehrish Nagar to Naseem Nagar Chowk via Ali Palace on one side, and Qasmabad, as well as construction of RCC storm water drain Naia with widening and reconditioning of road from Alamdaar Chowk to Naseem Nagar Chowk on both sides in Qasmabad and Hyderabad, Sindh. The consultancy scope encompasses all aspects of detailed design, planning and construction supervision for these critical infrastructure projects.
Proposals are invited from reputable Engineering Consultants possessing at least twenty years of relevant experience and holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration certificates. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue, Board of Revenue Government of Sindh, and must meet detailed eligibility criteria as specified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Interested bidders are required to register their firm or company on the SPPRA website via EPADS portal for submission of bids.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) documents are available for download from the EPADS portal at http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk. Proposals must be submitted online on or before 9 July 2026 by 02:00 PM exclusively through the SPPRA e-Procurement System EPADS, with technical and financial proposals uploaded in respective sections. Technical proposals will be opened on 9 July 2026 at 2:30 PM in the Office of the Executive Engineer, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, in the presence of the Consultant Selection Committee and authorized representatives of interested firms. The Financial Proposals of technically qualified firms shall be opened after technical evaluation.
