Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for fencing works at additional land located at PSO Faqirabad Depot in District Attock, Punjab. The project scope includes excavation of 90 cubic metres for fencing post foundations, backfilling and sand filling operations, stone soling, provision of plain cement concrete (PCC 1:4:8 and PCC 1:3:6), reinforced cement concrete (RCC 1:2:4) structural work, installation of 1,500 kilograms of 60-grade steel reinforcement, bitumen coating treatment on concrete surfaces, and supply and installation of 753 metres of galvanized chain link fencing system with GI pipes and associated hardware. The complete work encompasses site preparation, foundation construction, and high-quality galvanized fencing installation as per specified standards and drawings.
Contractors and vendors must be registered with relevant Pakistan authorities and possess valid licenses for civil and fencing construction works. Bid security and earnest money deposits are required as per tender requirements. Interested parties should carefully review all technical specifications, drawings, and engineer instructions provided with the tender documents. Compliance with AASHTO density standards and concrete strength requirements (minimum 2500 PSI) is mandatory, with contractor-conducted cylinder tests at approved laboratories at their own cost.
