Pakistan State Oil Company Limited invites sealed electronic bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors for two service tenders at PSO-KTB (Karachi Terminal) in Sindh. The first tender OP-19599-AAR covers services required for air bounding and hydrotesting of 12 inch TDL valves on OP-3 for the Jet A-1 line. The second tender OP-19760-AA pertains to services for replacement of breather valve and flame arrestor assemblies measuring 12 inches diameter on Tank-310 at the facility. Both tenders are advertised in leading dailies of Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta in English and Urdu versions, with a publication date of 24 June 2026.
Eligible contractors must demonstrate adequate past relevant experience in similar services and possess sufficient financial capabilities to undertake the work. Bidders are required to participate through the SAP Ariba portal using the provided links. The bidding procedure follows a single stage two envelope system wherein technical and commercial bids are evaluated separately. Bid documents will be available for collection and submission from 24 June 2026 until 09 July 2026 between 08:30 AM and 02:15 PM through the SAP Ariba portal.
Interested suppliers must submit a duly signed and stamped request for tender documents on official letterhead mentioning the tender number and upload it on the SAP Ariba portal. The bid submission deadline is 09 July 2026 at 02:15 PM, with bid opening commencing at 03:00 PM on the same date. For the single stage two envelope procedure, the commercial bid opening date and time will be communicated separately to technically qualified bidders only.
