AECH PINUM Faisalabad, located adjacent to Allied Hospital on Jail Road in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites open tenders for the purchase of gym machines and equipment under Open Tender Notice No. 09/2026. The procurement is conducted on F.O.R. PINUM basis with delivery expected within the stipulated period. Interested suppliers and vendors are encouraged to submit competitive quotations for various fitness and gymnasium equipment as per the detailed specifications provided in Annexure-1 attached with this tender notice. This is an opportunity for equipment suppliers to provide quality gym machinery to the Institute.
Bid security is required in the form of earnest money calculated at 2% of the total quoted value in the name of Head, LAO, PINUM, P.O Box CDR, Faisalabad. A Pay Order or Cheque (non-acceptable) must accompany each offer. The validity of rates must not be less than 90 days from the date of opening, and the delivery period should not exceed 30 days from the supply order issuance date, though exceptional circumstances may allow extension with institutional consent. All quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with the tender number and opening date. Advance payment is not permissible, and conditional or telegraphic offers will not be entertained.
Bid documents should be obtained from the office at the address mentioned above. Quotations can be submitted through registered mail or delivered in person on the same day as bid opening, which will be published in the newspaper. The supplier will be responsible for sample approval and delivery within the supply order period. All items must be adequately packed to withstand transit, with the supplier bearing liability for any loss due to improper handling.
