Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids for the project titled Establishment of Al-Khidmat Markaz F-6, Islamabad on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) mode under a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis as per PPRA Rule 36(b). This procurement opportunity is open to well-reputed firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding a valid Registration Certificate in Category C-4 or above for the financial year 2025-26, with relevant Project Codes including CE-01, CE-10, ME-01, ME-06, and EE-11. The project location is in Islamabad, Federal territory.
Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and possess appropriate project codes. A mandatory Bid Security of Rs. 2.00 million is required, to be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA. Prospective bidders shall upload a scanned copy of the Bid Security document on E-PADS in PDF format, with the original document submitted to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA on or before the bid submission deadline.
Detailed Electronic Bidding Documents containing comprehensive requirements, terms, and conditions are available for registered bidders on the E-PADS platform at www.eprocure.gov.pk and the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. Bids must be submitted online through E-PADS on or before 02-07-2026 at 1130 hours; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic Technical Bids will be opened publicly on 02-07-2026 at 1200 hours at the office of Director (P&CA-I) in Room No. 29, Block-III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad, in the presence of the Procurement Committee and authorized bidder representatives.
