National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC), established under the Telecommunication Re-Organization Act 1996, invites sealed bids for the deployment of GPON network at NTC Kohat. This re-tender notice, issued from the Office of the Director NTC Peshawar located at 1st the Mall Cantt Peshawar, seeks qualified contractors and firms to undertake this telecommunications infrastructure project in KPK province. The tender reference is DIR-PESH/6/62 D(A)/2025-2026, dated 04-06-2026, with bids remaining valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. NTC's mandate includes providing basic telecommunication services to Federal and Provincial Governments, their departments, autonomous organizations, and defense services across Pakistan.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with tax authorities with valid tax registration attached to bids, never been blacklisted, and have no previous litigation with any government organization. Firms must hold valid PEC registration in category EE-07 or EE-08 and demonstrate relevant experience in telecommunications network deployment. A tender security of Rs 50,000 in the form of bank draft, CDR, or pay order issued by a scheduled Pakistani bank must be submitted in favor of Director NTC Peshawar, valid for 120 days beyond the bid validity date. The bid security should not be furnished separately and will be rejected if not attached.
Bidding documents comprise instructions to bidders, general and special conditions of contract, detailed specifications, bill of quantity, contract form, and formats for bid security and performance bonds. Technical bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the scheduled date with bidder representatives present; financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as per conveyed schedule. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes following the single-stage single envelope procedure, with no email or faxed submissions accepted. The Director NTC Peshawar reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
