FESCO Faisalabad invites competitive sealed bids from Pakistan Engineering Council registered contractors for 19 construction and renovation works projects under single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. The tender covers diverse civil works including construction of residential flats at Abdullahpur Colony Faisalabad (tender 135 valued at 36.85 million rupees), roads at OTP Colony (tender 136 at 12.7 million rupees), computer center renovation (tender 137), bungalow renovations and maintenance repairs at various FESCO colonies and stations in Faisalabad, office building construction for SDO at Muslim Town (tender 141 valued at 91.48 million rupees), and water supply infrastructure works for OPH Colony. Individual projects range from 759,227 to 81,116,770 rupees with completion periods from 20 to 360 days. All works are located within Faisalabad and surrounding FESCO colonies in Punjab.
Bidders must meet strict eligibility criteria including active PEC registration renewed for 2025-26 with relevant specialization codes, Active Taxpayer List status, and three years of audited income tax returns. Contractors must demonstrate completed contracts of similar nature totaling at least 40 percent of estimated cost, average annual turnover of at least half the contract value, and cash equivalents equal to 10 percent of contract value. All safety instructions under NEPA Safety Code must be adopted. Bid security at 3 percent of BOQ cost valid for 28 days beyond bid validity (140 days) must accompany every submission in favor of FESCO.
Bid documents can be obtained from E-PADS Version 2.0 at www.eprocure.gov.pk from 15 July 2026. All bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 16 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 12:00 noon the same day at FESCO Civil Works Division No.1 office in Faisalabad.
