Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers and vendors for the provision of VSAT bandwidth services required at PIACL stations located in Skardu, Gilgit, and Turbat. This procurement covers very small aperture terminal (VSAT) bandwidth connectivity services across three key airport locations in Pakistan. The tender is being conducted through the Supply Chain Management Department under national competitive bidding rules and follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Pakistan Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Bidders must be eligible suppliers or vendors registered and qualified to provide telecommunications and VSAT services in Pakistan. Prospective bidders should review all eligibility criteria, mandatory requirements, and technical specifications detailed in Section 3 of the bidding document. Bids must include both technical and financial components, which will be evaluated separately according to the evaluation criteria outlined in Sections 4 and 5 of the bidding document. Bidders are required to comply with all integrity pact provisions and submit appropriate bid security as specified in the tender requirements.
Sealed bids can be submitted through EPADS (electronic procurement and auction design system) on or before 1030 hours on 20 July 2026 Pakistan Standard Time. Bids will be opened through EPADS at 1100 hours on the same date.
