Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL) under the Ministry of Housing and Works, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids through the E-PADS 2.0 online platform for six major infrastructure development projects in Sindh province. The scope includes construction of a pedestrian bridge at Auto Bahn Road in Latifabad Hyderabad with an estimated cost of Rs. 49.81 crores; sewerage and water supply infrastructure on Tuff Paver Road in Taluka Latifabad with project value Rs. 163.85 crores; comprehensive water and sewerage development in Bagh-e-Mustafa Latifabad valued at Rs. 337.69 crores; sewerage infrastructure at Graveyard of Bismillah City Unit No. 10 with estimated cost Rs. 84.42 crores; two LSR and HSR water pumping stations at Latifabad District Hyderabad for Rs. 295.53 crores; and solar lights installation at various streets in Latifabad valued at Rs. 240.77 crores. The total estimated cost across all schemes exceeds Rs. 1,000 crores.
Prospective bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in appropriate category, possess valid Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) tax authority codes. Firms should have valid PEC and SRB registrations in appropriate categories. Bid security must be submitted electronically, with individual bid security amounts ranging from Rs. 1.5 crores to Rs. 10 crores as specified for each contract package. The tender requires scanned copies of bid security and tender fee amounting to Rs. 5,000 accompanied by a checked copy of the lender fee.
Bidding documents are available online at https://eprocure.gov.pkd/ upon payment of non-refundable fees. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS 2.0 system with no alternative submission methods accepted. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2028 at 11:30 AM, with bid submission deadline on July 30, 2028 at 09:00 AM and opening on the same day at 11:00 AM.
