Description / Scope of Work
The Board of Management Sundar Industrial Estates Raiwaind Road Lahore (BOM-SIE) invites sealed bids for the provision of water supply material under contract reference ED/SIE/O&M/2025-26/PWM. This is an operational and maintenance procurement for the 2025-26 financial year covering Lahore, Punjab. The bidding documents (Volume I) detail the complete scope, specifications, technical requirements, and terms and conditions for supply of water supply materials required for the industrial estate operations and maintenance activities.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Pakistani authorities and possess valid tax certificates and business registration. Bidders are required to submit bid security as specified in the bid data sheet, demonstrate financial capability, and provide technical documentation establishing goods eligibility and conformity to bidding document specifications. Only goods meeting the technical specifications outlined in Section III of the bidding documents will be considered. Bidders must be Pakistani nationals or companies incorporated in Pakistan, or international bidders meeting equivalent eligibility criteria.
Bidding documents are available in Volume I and may be obtained from the procuring agency office in Lahore. Sealed bids must be submitted by the deadline specified in the bidding documents, with opening to follow at the designated location. Evaluation will be conducted based on technical compliance, bid prices converted to single currency, and post-qualification of the lowest evaluated bidder. All bids will be opened publicly and evaluated according to criteria outlined in Section IV.
