This is a recurring annual maintenance contract for water supply schemes split into four lots (two civil, two electrical-mechanical) across two PHE subdivisions in Charsadda and Tangi. Individual contract values range PKR 4.38–5.15 million, modest scale suitable for small-to-medium regional contractors. Note: the closing date has passed (27 August 2026), making this notice historical. Bids required strict additional security escalation for competitive pricing; lowest-bid selection mechanism implies cost sensitivity. These are routine O&M contracts likely to repeat annually.
Who can bid: Contractors must hold valid PEC registration, Provincial Enlistment, and KPPRA Active Statement. For electrical-mechanical works, registration with the electric inspector KPK is mandatory. Typically, firms should also possess valid NTN and GST registration. PEC category appropriate to the work scope (B or A for civil; electrical for mechanical) is required.
