Description / Scope of Work
The 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, located in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites electronic bids for a framework contract to supply linen items and laundry services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement scope includes linens and related laundry services with an estimated cost of 2.4 million Pakistani Rupees. This is a competitive bidding process conducted through the E-PADs (Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) platform, open to well-reputed firms registered in relevant procurement categories. The contract will serve the hospital's operational requirements for maintaining adequate linen supplies and professional laundry services.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the E-PADs system and meet all requirements outlined in the bidding documents. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost (0.048 million Rupees) must be submitted in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favour of the Medical Superintendent, 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, Faisalabad. Successful bidders will be required to provide a performance guarantee equivalent to 2 percent of the total contract value upon award. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes. Bids must be complete, signed, and unconditional; conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or amended bids will be rejected.
Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the E-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADs by 10 July 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent. The tender is governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended) and PPRA regulations.
