Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites sealed bids from qualified bidders for the supply and installation of a complete fire fighting system for BOP Tower located in Lahore, Punjab. This procurement is being managed by the Centralized Procurement Department of the Bank of Punjab and follows the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The project involves the delivery and installation of fire fighting equipment and systems at the designated site in Lahore in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in Schedule-A of the bidding documents.
Bidders must submit a call deposit of two percent (2%) of the estimated cost in favor of The Bank of Punjab along with their sealed bid envelope. Eligible bidders should possess relevant experience in fire fighting system installation and supply, with valid trade licenses and technical certifications as applicable. The bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope and deposited in the bid box at the Head Centralized Procurement office on or before 9 July 2026 by 11:00 AM. All price quotations must be made in Pakistani Rupees and include all applicable taxes such as GST and Income Tax.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the PPRA website and E-Pads Portal. Bids must be uploaded and submitted through the E-Pads portal only, with the deadline for submission being 9 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM. Quotations should be valid for ninety days from the closing date and must include all costs for delivery and installation at the designated sites in Pakistan.
