Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate of Education, Punjab Workers Welfare Fund invites bids for hiring transport services for Workers Welfare School Boys (Evening Shift) located in Peoples Colony, Gujranwala, Punjab for the contract period of two years covering 2026-2027 and 2027-2028. The transport service procurement is open to individuals, companies, and joint ventures that meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in the bid document. Bidders must ensure submission of all required legible documents and undertakings as indicated without fail, as bids received without valid documentary evidence and supporting documents are liable to be rejected at the initial stage.
All individuals, companies, and joint ventures complying with the criteria in the bid document are eligible to participate. Bidders must have valid business registration, appropriate licenses for transport operations, and must provide bid security as specified in Section 2.13 of the bidding document. The tender process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Act of 2014 and PPRA Rules 2014 as amended from time to time. Bidders are required to read all bid documents and applicable laws thoroughly and submit any objections in writing before the specified deadline, failing which no objections will be entertained at later stages.

Electronic bids must be submitted through the designated e-bidding system as per the instructions in Section 1.3.2 of the bid document. The bid closing date is July 11, 2026.
