Description / Scope of Work
The 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala in Faisalabad, Punjab, invites electronic procurement bids for a framework contract of stationery and printing items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is for an estimated cost of three million rupees and covers all stationery and printing supplies required for hospital operations throughout the fiscal year. The tender is being conducted through the Electronic Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and PPRA regulations, ensuring a transparent and competitive bidding process.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms registered on the E-PADS portal in relevant categories. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to two percent of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR, bank draft, or pay order in favor of the Medical Superintendent, 60 Bedded Hospital Khurrianwala, Faisalabad. Successful bidders must provide a performance guarantee of two percent of the total contract value upon award, which shall be refunded upon successful completion of contract obligations. All item rates must be inclusive of government taxes, and conditional, unsigned, incomplete, or doubtful bids shall be rejected as per procurement regulations.
Bid documents are available for download from the PPRA website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the E-PADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS by 10 July 2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day in the office of the Medical Superintendent. Interested bidders should obtain complete bidding documents from the official sources and submit their bids strictly in accordance with the prescribed format and timelines. Delivery of goods shall be made as per the schedule of requirements specified in the tender document.
