Nishtar Institute of Dentistry, Multan invites bids for a framework contract to procure dental material items for the financial year 2026-27 under IPL No. 6370. This advertised tender enquiry seeks qualified manufacturers, importers, sole agents of foreign principals, and authorized distributors to supply a comprehensive list of dental materials as specified in the tender documents. The procurement is open to eligible firms meeting technical and financial criteria, with submissions to be made through the E-PAD portal in compliance with PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered in Multan, Punjab, or capable of servicing the institution's dental material requirements throughout the contract period.
Eligible bidders must submit compulsory criteria including an original call deposit equal to 2% of estimated value, technical specifications of items, NTN and GST certificates, and samples of tender items. Ordinary technical parameters carry 60 marks required to qualify and include experience certificates from government institutions of at least 2 years, performance certificates, last tax paid certificates, manufacturer authorization letters where applicable, an affidavit on legal stamp paper confirming no blacklisting by any government body, firm balance sheet and bank statements for the preceding year, certificate of replacement of stores if substandard, professional tax certificate, and undertaking regarding competitive pricing. Bid documents are available through the E-PAD and PPRA website. Bids must be submitted by hand on or before 14 July 2026. Technical bids will be opened first by the purchase committee on 14 July 2026 at 11:30 AM, with financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders being rejected. The lowest evaluated bidder meeting all technical criteria will be awarded the framework contract. Performance security at 5% of total supply order value is required, and all materials must be delivered on free consignment basis to the institution in Multan.
