Description / Scope of Work
The NFC Institute of Engineering & Fertilizer Research, Faisalabad, Punjab, has reserved funds for the procurement of non-consulting services planned for fiscal year 2026-27. The institute intends to pre-qualify service providers for the provision of hospital prequalification services in Faisalabad and associated areas. This pre-qualification notice is issued to invite interested applicants to demonstrate their eligibility and capability to participate in the subsequent invitation to bid process. Following successful pre-qualification, selected applicants will be invited to submit bids, and contract agreements will be signed with successful bidders for the specified contract period. The prequalification process aims to establish a roster of qualified service providers capable of delivering hospital prequalification services according to the institute's requirements.
Eligibility criteria and specific qualification requirements are detailed in the Pre-qualification Documents accessible through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). Applicants must meet all mandatory eligibility conditions including financial stability, technical competence, relevant experience, and any required licenses or certifications as specified in the prequalification data sheet. All applicants, whether national or international, are invited to apply subject to fulfilling the prescribed eligibility requirements. Bid security and other financial obligations will be specified in the formal bidding documents provided to prequalified applicants.
