The Government of Sindh, through the Office of the Medical Superintendent at GMMMC Hospital Sukkur, invites electronic bids for the supply of generic consumable items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is intended to meet the healthcare consumables requirements of GMMMC Teaching Hospital in Sukkur, Sindh. The tender is open to qualified suppliers and contractors who meet the specified technical and financial criteria. Interested bidders must register on the EPADS system to submit their bids electronically by 13 July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day at the Medical Superintendent's office.
Bidders must fulfill comprehensive eligibility requirements including possession of an active NTN certificate from the Federal Board of Revenue with a minimum of 10 years experience, an active GST certificate, bank turnover statements showing a minimum of 100 million from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2026, and proof of FBR income tax returns for the last three years. Suppliers must demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience in government or semi-government organizations with documentary evidence, including supply orders worth 50 million in the previous financial year 2025-26 and completion certificates from at least two tertiary care teaching hospitals. An active wholesale drug license is mandatory. The bid security is set at 5 percent of the total estimated cost mentioned in the procurement plan 2026-27, payable as a pay order or bank draft in the name of the Medical Superintendent GMMMC Hospital Sukkur.
The original tender fee of Rs. 3,000 and bid security documents must reach the procuring agency before the deadline for electronic bid submission. Bidders are required to submit separate technical and financial proposals through EPADS under the single-stage two-envelope procedure as per SPPRA rule 46(2). Bidders or their authorized representatives must be present in person at the bid opening with valid authority letters bearing name and CNIC number. A performance security of 2 percent in the form of a pay order is required against the work order.
