Ghulam Muhammad Mahar Medical College Teaching Hospital (GMMMCTH) Sukkur, operating under the Health Department of the Government of Sindh, invites sealed electronic bids from eligible suppliers and contractors for the procurement of stationary items, printing materials, and publication services for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers the supply and delivery of various office stationery products and printing-related services required for hospital operations in Sukkur. The tender is open to qualified bidders registered on the EPAD system, and bids must be submitted electronically through the official EPAD portal at http://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#supplier/registration.
Interested bidders must be registered on the EPAD (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) for submission of electronic bids; manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders are required to submit an original Pay Order of tender fee (non-refundable) and original bid security amounting to Rs. 25,000 in the form of a Pay Order or Bank Draft made payable to the Medical Superintendent of GMMMC Hospital Sukkur. The bid validity period is 90 days and may be extended as per relevant procurement rules. Performance security must be calculated as per the work awarded, and all conditional tenders against government policy shall be rejected.
Tender documents are available through the SPPRA (Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority) website and E-PADS portal. The date and time of tender sale, submission, and opening are strictly mentioned in the NIT and will be published on the SPPRA website and newspaper advertisements. Late bids will not be entertained. Bidders must carefully fill all sections of the tender form and are responsible for any errors in their submissions. The purchasing authority reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities, modify specifications, or reject any bid that does not comply with government procurement policies. Local bidders may be preferred to ensure emergency supply capability.
