Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Cricket Board invites electronic bids from well-reputed, experienced and professional entities registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the Active Taxpayers list to participate in the rental of commercial space for establishment of a coffee shop at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. This single-stage procurement follows an open competitive bidding process managed through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) platform. The detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System at www.eprocure.gov.pk, where all interested bidders may access the complete Electronic Request for Proposal documentation.
Bidders must be well-reputed experienced professional entities duly registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and maintaining active taxpayer status. All bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS in strict compliance with the requirements and instructions specified in the Request for Proposal documents. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstances. The bidding process is governed by the Public Procurement Rules 2004, and a Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted for matters related to this procurement.
Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 11:00 am on 13th July 2026, with electronic opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 am on EPADS. Bidders should download bid documents from www.eprocure.gov.pk or www.pcb.com.pk.
