Description / Scope of Work
SECP, an organization based in Sargodha, is inviting sealed competitive bids from qualified suppliers for the supply of construction materials. The procurement includes 600,000 cubic feet of sand from Lawrencepur and 750,000 cubic feet of crush stone (1/2 inch down). The tender is open to suppliers holding valid Aim Locks registration and GST certificates issued by the Federal Board of Revenue. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with SECP's standard procurement procedures and regulations applicable in the Federal region.
Eligible suppliers must possess current GST registration and proper business licensing credentials to participate in this tender. Bidders are required to submit sealed bids on or before July 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The tender documents are available for purchase at the office of the Group Leader Procurement for a non-refundable fee of 1,000 Pakistani rupees in cash, obtainable within 15 days of publication during regular office hours. Bid security and other detailed terms and conditions are specified in the tender documentation.
All sealed bids must be deposited at Plot No. 114, Gully No. 8, 10/3-1, Islamabad before the deadline of July 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The bid opening committee will open and evaluate all received bids on the same date at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procurement authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
