A well-established and actively operating organization in Islamabad invites sealed bids for the supply of medicines, medical consumables, surgical supplies, and laboratory reagents from registered wholesale sellers, pharmaceutical companies, medicine suppliers, and distributors having a registered office in Pakistan. The organization prefers vendors maintaining their own inventory and stock. This tender encompasses detailed schedules of medicines, medical consumables, surgical supplies, and laboratory reagents required for procurement. The tender dossier containing complete specifications and item lists may be obtained by submitting a formal request on the bidder's official letterhead via email to medtenderok@outlook.com or by visiting the procurement office in person during the tender issuance period from Monday, 29th June 2026 to Wednesday, 15th July 2026 at Plot #59-A, 1st Floor, I & T Centre G-8/1, Islamabad.
Bids must be submitted under a two-envelope system with separately sealed Technical and Financial Proposals. Only technically qualified bidders shall have their financial proposals opened for evaluation. Authorized dealers and distributors are encouraged to participate. Bidders must ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and possess valid registration with relevant authorities in Pakistan. A bid security will be required as per tender specifications.
The last date for bid submission is Monday, 20th July 2026 at 1700 hours to the Logistics Department at Plot #59-A, 1st Floor, I & T Centre G-8/1, Islamabad.
