Public auction of commercial plots for shops in Hunarmand Colony, Mithi on a 90-year leaseholder rights basis. Participants must deposit a refundable earnest money call deposit of 50,000 PKR in favor of Sindh Small Industries Corporation before bidding begins. The successful bidder must pay 50% of the total bid amount on the auction day. The remaining 50% must be paid within 30 days of the auction; failure to do so results in forfeiture of the initial 50% payment and cancellation of the allotment. Successful bidders are required to pay applicable withholding taxes (10% and 20% based on government regulations) along with the initial payment.
